What house do you think is in the busiest, most convenient location? NA/PC

I find sleek creek house (even though I think it's meh looking) in a very good location to all the amenities of Rawl'kha and it always seems to be bustling with people.
I can usually find anything I want in the guild traders. Do you think the release of Vvardenfell will change this?

My Bosmer has always 'based' out of Elden Root but travels so much that a significant house seemed silly. She finds Snugpod perfect. Cozy with very convenient access to stables, Undaunted Enclave, wayshrine, MG/FG, all crafting, venders, guild traders. . . .

Sleek creek is fine and i should know, i own it...

one special side benefit that can go unnoticed is that all the craft tables are outside - no doors loads.

good guild traders tho they are pricier than some.

that said to my view a close second i house of the magnifico in sentinel - lots right around it, good interior, and imo slightly better prices at traders. but the crafts are spread out and often behind doors so... thats a ding.

The little inn room in mournhold SE is also very very well placed. if the big house to the NW was off the SE that would be mine as well. mournhold beats stormhaven and eldenroot for writ drop-off for master writs.

Crappy thing is there is space out there where a house could be... easy

but for what we have now my two faves for location/amenities are sleek creek rawlkha and then magnifico sentinel.

I bought Sleek Creek as my 2nd house just for its location. Outlaw Refuge right outside, and then when I am shopping I can access 9 of the best guild traders a few steps away. 5 in Rawl, and 4 in bank, as one of my traders is in Rawl.

I use Sleek Creek as my main residence. I love the little river, the patio space & the khajit style is cool once you get used to it. The main reason I got it it's because it's right next to Rawlkha, where I always hang out. It's a good choice

Okay Sleek Creek is obvious hands down the winner. But is there a close second? I do not like Rawl'kha's large population.

Flaming Nix Deluxe Garret, the Mournhold apartment, is just right for me. Before Homestead I was already spending a good deal of time in this city, and the update further cements my attachment to it. Now, if only the banker was a bit closer....

The apartment in mournhold is the most convenient imo.
Mournhold is my go to city so it's the one I would get if I wanted a city apartment.

Captain Margaux's house is in Daggerfall, next to a crafting station, close to the writ boards, across the road from a bank. And it's only 56k. I took that as my first home for those reasons.

I loathe Rawl'kha but I feel bad for all the baddies who home there trying to log in with the now even more increased number of people there.

Humblemud. 40k. Cheap and right outside is every crafting station and a banker. The wayshrine is a little ways off. There's even 9 strongboxes in and right outside the central building for the larcenous.
