So I am on xbox one. Looking thru the collections tab, for furnishings, busts section.
Awarded for completing vma, vdsa etc etc. Welp I have done all that many times over but it still says NOT COLLECTED?
Is this broken?

Not the same thing. How is it logical that the previous achievements counted towards the items the special vendors sell but these magically don't?
If that is the case, all the items i can buy at the achievement vendors should ALSO require me to do the achievements again.

From my point of view:
At worst, ZOS ignores your plea completely and you have to deal with it.
At best, ZOS changes the tooltip and you still have to complete it again anyway.
There is no way ZOS will retroactively hand out this trophy to all players based on your single thread. Not being mean, but you'll just need to deal with it eventually. Might as well start now

While I Agree emperor is more time consuming, imo. That is all it is, opinion. I would wager there are some with emperor achievement who have never competed vma.
Either all achievements should be retroactive, or none of them should be.

✭✭✭✭✭Yep, nothing like running 34 dungeons/trials again for shineys. It took me about 2 weeks. doing a few a day.
The retro active part applies to anything you purchase from the achievement furnisher. These are drops from the last boss on vet.

✭Busts are unlocked for the entire account when you get them. Trophy-locked furniture as the Ruby throne cannot be bought by characters who haven't got the success, even if you already buy one with an another character. You can use it, but not get it.
That's two different thing. For trophy-locked items you need to buy them, for busts you need to loot them. You have absolutely no housing furniture when the patch hit the server -which is normal-, so you have to get everything, either by buying, looting or crafting. The non-retroactivity is fine, from this point of view.
And if you've done it, you can do it again. Only vMoL can be tricky.0 -

Even though it stated they were, they are not retroactive on the PC.
At least not for my characters.

✭Well, bust are not achievement-locked, so that's normal. They never say that they are acquired by an achievement, nor they specifically said that you need to did it again. Those who are achievement-locked are retroactive and you can buy them.
ZOS communication is not so good, but your understanding was also wrong on this one. It's happen.0 -

OMG YES!!! You just reminded me That I've saved 200+ pieces of Mazzatun/Silken Ring gear from the SotH dungeons specifically for deconning.
Just left it all sitting there when the patch dropped and forgot lol.0 -
