Which Character most needs Meteor to be competitive End Game

I've been playing since launch I have ten max level characters 7 with undaunted 9 but only my main has Mage Guild 10.

I have a High Elf Sorc, Breton Nightblade and a Dark Elf Templar and Dark Elf DK.

Which of these is most lacking in DPS and so which one should I struggle through lorebooks on.

None of this which character do you enjoy most because that's my Templar who already has it so doing my other Templar just seems silly.

I think my Magic DK needs it most but any thoughts are welcome.

I'm mainly end game Trials and PvE but may dabble in PvP if it gets fixed a little.
