I was wondering if all the zones have a level grouping or does it scale individually to each player?

✭✭✭✭✭I think all zones are CP160. If you are below CP160 then the game 'autoscales' you to CP160. Once you reach CP160 then you are on your own. Happy to defer to anyone who knows more but I think this is basically it.

This is how a CP character can play with a new level 3 character.
Loot will scale to the player though.1 -
