[Crashes] Travel to player without permissions and other bugs

Hello, like the title says, I've had this issue ever since Homestead came out with the hope that the maintenances will fix it, apparently not.
2 maintenances later, I still crash upon travelling to a friend/guildie when I don't have permissions to. Sometimes I don't even see the message 'you don't have permissions to...' I just instantly crash. Please fix this!
Also, there's an animation bug where I can't see anyone seated on chairs except myself. Not sure if anyone reported this before, but I know a lot of people are experiencing this.
