Keep getting stuck in Werewolf form.

Like the title states. I keep getting stuck in Werewolf form. The timer ticks down like normal. But when it finishes I never turn back to Human form, and I cannot attack or anything, and keep getting an error at the top right of my screen saying "Target is immune." Even though I'm not targeting anything, or even in combat. To alleviate this I have to log out of my character, and log back in. In order to revert back to my normal form. Anyone know what causes this? And if there is a way to fix this?
