Cruel Flurry Gives Damage Bonus to Dual Wield Weapon Ultimate

As it says in the title, Cruel flurry increases the damage of the Dual wield ultimate Lacerate, and at least its morph: Rend
Works even if multiple enemies are hit. Not sure if this is intended or not. If it is, omg the heals and damage.

Yes, it was known already on the pts when the ultimate was made. You do lose some dmg on your hurricane, endless hail and light attacks since you have to drop out dawnbreaker. For stam sorcs, the ultimate is best since it's physical dmg and they have reduce ult costs, making ultimate in a rotation easier then other classes. Dawnbreaker I also believe can be empowered by maelstrom. Have in mind, only the target you use flurry on, get the bonus dmg. I'm not sure if the heal on the ultimate gets empowered, that's a good question.
