What's the refresh and/or reset on loot drops in public dungeons? How often can I run it and still get drops?

Trihugger✭✭✭It's been a while since I was farming for an elegant weapon, but I think it's either 2 or 3 bosses in 5 minutes. I'm leaning towards 3, but it's been months and I recall it being relatively inconsistent.
What I did was I killed a couple bosses, made a loop for chests, and then killed bosses again.0
