Game keeps disconnecting and freezing.

I am doing the main quest and the game keep freezing after a few minutes, I have exited the game and reset my modem/router I use ethernet cable to not important. I have dont a several times and it keeps happening, Im getting really pissed now and I think having mega server isnt a good idea. The internet works fine for other things except for eso btw.
My specs:
i5 6400 2.7 GHz
GTX 970 4GB
1TB HHD 7200RPM with more than 600GB left
8GB RAM
So dont judge Im not using a potato
