Bugs and Glitches Since Release!?

I stopped playing a bit over a year ago, and have recently come back to check out some of the awesome new additions and DLC added on the PC platform.
My return has been somewhat soured due to the lack of attention that has been paid to several bugs and glitches that have not been fixed since the game was released.
@ZOS_GinaBruno are there any plans to address and fix any of the existing bugs and glitches, or will you continue to release new content, without fixing existing issues from the existing content?
