I was just wanting to know from all the people that got to test out the crown store exclusives:

What are the pros & cons of these two places ?? I'm not asking about any bugs that were found. Just things like decorating, space, things that can be put in other homes but not these, furnishings. Also do we know what the item capacity of these two properties are ?? I'm just trying to narrow down which in the future I might purchase.

    If an Ogre twerks in the Grand Topal Hideaway, it's a party;
If an Ogre twerks in the Earthtear Cavern, it's a cave in...

Personally, I'll be twerking in both.

Both have inaccessible areas. I found it more frustrating on the topal island. The volcano in the centre of the island has invisible walls stopping you building up it, but on the lower slopes there is a waterfall, and you can just about edge around this ridiculous invisible wall to jump off the waterfall - it just feels very clumsily done.

In earthtear cavern it is easy to arrange the space (really it is one enormous room, and one enormous patio), but the island is vast with a sandy beach around half of it, which looks nice but makes it very hard to remember where you put things.

An advantage of the island is that it has an enormous vertical limit, so you can build upwards.

Both have the same item limits as manors (350 items, or 700 if you are a subscriber), but as they are bigger I expect many people will find they can't use all the space they have been given.
#1 tip (Re)check your graphics settings periodically - especially resolution.

Depends on how much junk is in that Ogre's trunk, as it affects the distance at which people can feel the twerk vibrations. ;)

    Pros:

    - They're big, giving you space to build fun activities

    Cons:

    - They will cost a fortune un real money
    - They are too big to properly decorate
    - There are a lot of invisible walls that restrict access

I personally preferred Earthtear Cavern. The island didn't offer enough over Hunding's Palatial Hall to seem worthwhile.

How is decorating inside on the island? Does it seem like there's enough space? Seemed a bit small to me but maybe cosier. Building up seems good. Don't know if I'll get either but think both look fantastic. My argonian loves both.

The Cavern and Island share some things in common:

    A general feeling of epicness
    Stunning views
    Many screenshottable areas
    Waterfalls
    Lagoons
    Lots of swimmable water
    Vast amount of space
Plenty of neat hideaways off the beaten path
Appropriate themes (island feels tropical, cave feels ancient)
Takes a while to get around
    Invisible walls in annoying places
Probably will hit item limits very quickly

I couldn't mount while on the beach of the island. I thought that was annoying.

I don't think you can mount in any house, find it annoying as well.

Earthtear seems much more suitable to hold dueling grounds, with a few building outwards on the waters and other areas, but maybe that's just my bias

Earthtear Cavern would make an awesome arena.
