What do u think about this........if u could go and find a mount i wanted (ingame) and u have to catch it and tame it so u can use it? Train it like if a horse for speed etc. But have to have a scroll or license to do so.
I think that would b nice.

I'd just be happy to see more types of mounts available at the stables. For example, the upcoming Morrowind expansion is a perfect opportunity to introduce guar mounts that would be available in-game for gold at the stables.

They wouldn't sell as many scam crates, so it won't happen. Awesome idea though!

Yeah, won't happen as long as Zeni makes money off of them in the crown store

Pretty sad that there are still only 4 mounts you can purchase with gold in the base game, and they're all just horses. Everything else is tied to crowns.

Witcher3 has mount catching. And sailboating. The devs are not going to play around with an established working mount system which has already been redone since teso beta. That does not mean your idea is not good. Just not going down for teso. When I get ideas for a game dynamic I write them down then research how to program them myself. It is a good practice to avoid bitterness in not being heard to do it yourself.
