Why did my characters get deleted after the game crashed?

Purrmaid✭✭Make sure your game client didn't automatically log you into the other server. (Like maybe you're logged into NA when your character is on EU).
If not, I suggest you contact customer support and change your password. Unless you had just created the character than the crash might just have rolled back your account a few seconds so you need to remake it.1
