Some abilities have de-leveled after respec

I just did a respec. Some of my abilities can no longer be morphed (they were at max morph level before respec). Poison arrow is showing level 1 unmorphed after the respec, when it was level 4 morphed before the respec. Bound Armor is showing level 3 unmorphed, when it was level 4 morphed before. Soul Assault is locked out despite that I already have finished all main quests. It was unlocked before.

This happened to me as well. Reported it in game. Not spending any skill points on them till zos responds.

I'm guessing anything they shuffled to higher tier in the recent changes lost levels due to having lower xp caps in their previous position.

Poison Arrow went from Tier 1 to tier 5 and my arrow now shows unmorphed 30% of level one. Bound Armour went from 4 to 5 and it now shows unmorphed 3.5.

Might have gone under the radar last time with the DK tree, but, this time they shuffled many trees.

Re-leveling skills isn't the end of the world, but, it's pretty annoying. The Soul Assault thing... I don't use it, but, someone who does is going to be mad, lol. And nothing was shuffled here... so, no idea.

Bound Armaments have also deleveled on my stam sorc. But she's only had level 50 in that skill line for 3 years, so...

This no doubt has to do with ZOS moving abilities around. Poison Arrow was the first bow ability before this patch, now it's the last.

Last patch one of the DK abilities got moved and was de-levelled after the patch. This patch, abilities weren't immediately de-levelled, but it just happened to me, as well, after a respec.

ZOS, you fixed it so it looked OK in casual testing, but once people respec the bug is still there.

So I am not the only one.
I made a first report weeks ago and two more this morning.
How long have you been waiting guys ?

I made a third respect and not going to spend point before their answer.
Do not have the money to make another try and pay with my gold and IRL money (through crowns) to fix a bug.

I just had this happen to poison arrow when I reset my character's skills. I make a support ticket. What's odd is that I reset the skills just after the homestead patch and everything was fine. But now it seems the skill line is bugged.

Same here. Had bound morphed 2 weeks after early launch.

Same thing happened to me. This is for Cleave. It is showing as level 2 (where it should be at max level with both morphs at max level).

"Adjusted the order of the Active Abilities in this skill line. They now unlock in the following order:

Uppercut
Critical Charge
Cleave
Reverse Slash
Momentum"

Because of this, your Cleave progress has been reverted. I sincerely apologize for any frustration or inconvenience this has caused.

This happened to me as well. Although some of the skills have changed position, the experience you gained for the skill did not follow. There should be NO reason why we should be required to relevel a skill that was completed previously. @ZOS_GinaBruno, @ZOS_JessicaFolsom this needs to be fixed.

I do not see any correlation between cause and consequence.
@ZOS, you changed the skill line order, ok... but my abilities were fully unlocked.
There is no link! Grrr

Moreover I noticed my issue before Homestead patch.
It is just a bug that is still there.

This what I got from customer support:

I understand this is likely not what you want to hear, but this is intended.

When a skill gets changed, one of two things happen:

1. The experience in the changed skill is immediately reset for all characters with the skill, or...

2. The experience in the changed skill is reset when the character next purchases a Skill Reset.
