Grouping bugged

Anyone else which is experiencing issues with Disbanding a Group? I need to log off just to get out of a existing group...
Teleporting to a lead person in group gives me sometimes the prompt "You're busy", but I'm just busy with doing nothing :smile:

Before the last patch I didn't have both issues.

    So what are you trying to say, that group finder is not working well now? Well it was like this from the launch of homested, group finder completely broken since then.


    Look, the last week they fixed dog barking, it's very promising. Wait alittle bit and they will fix group finder one day.

    Yes, it FUBAR. I raised a ticket, they sent me 2 auto-bot responses then a human sent me the same garbage advice 3 times in a row. I asked him to escalate the ticket and he's since just ignored me.

    ZOS are a joke company, they can't even fix the most basic requirement of a multiplayer game, the grouping tool.

    Not everything is easy to be fixed... But I hate it when they sent templates to people when you're reporting an issue. I had it months ago to, long time ago since then I've contacted support.

    Yes, it's frustrating. I kind of think one of the things we ought to get for a sub/B2P game is some genuine support, after all we are ultimately trying to improve their product. It was quite funny as when I finally did get a response from a human, he said, "you seem to be frustrated" I thought, well of course I'm frustrated, you've tried to fob me off with a bot template 3 times in a row, it's hardly going to make me feel all warm and fluffy inside!

    It was working much better before. Imagine mechanic replacing a part in your car which was working ok for a part which is working bad.. When you ask him to fix it back he will respond with "not everything is easy to be fixed".
    What kind of answer is that? Are you for real? Did you use group finder before and after? If yes how many times? Because I was using it 20 times a day before, and using it once a day now in best case.

    I've always used this system, and I know this was working before the last patch. Still, sometimes you're able to repair something while taking another system down. Hope it just gets fixed in the next update.

    It's not just you. a lot of people have been complaining and I've made several bug reports regarding this issue in the past 2 weeks.
