Some strange highlights on edges of ingame models

I don't know why I didn't see this before, but today I launched teso after some time of non-gaming. I bought new videocars, so set up quality to highs, and saw strange edges on models of human and weapons. May be it was here before, but I just ignored this. Now low graphic quality doesn't help; but may be there is some way to disable this highlights?
UPD low graphic helpes, and now i will waste time in hope to find whos fault it was =_= how to delete discussion?(
