2 circles when trying to place any type of siege. Also 2 circles on ground targeted AOE abilities.

Title says it all. I've had this bug on the same character for over 24 hours. I've logged into other toons, deleted my local save data, performed a hard restart, and just logged off for the night.

Yet, when I logged back in today the bug is still present on my current PVP toon. I will try COPing on another one and see if it's account wide, or just that character.

P.S. I've done PVP on this toon off and on for a couple months with no issue. Side note even my liquid lightning gives 2 circles though it still fires the ability within the smaller one.

Confirmed. It is indeed limited to the 1 toon.

I posted this yesterday in "Bugs" section... unfortunately it's almost on page 3 already.
Interesting to see another post about the EXACT same issue... but nothing else anywhere.
We need to get some more visibility on this as it is a PIA!!!

I have seen a few other posts with some issues related to LICH set - which is what I run.

Write in the title that you can't buy anything from crownstore (you cant give them money) and you can be sure that ZOS staff will instantly check out your topic. Threads related to inability of paying ZOS money get attention right away. I wouldn't get any hope this will get fixed. Huge game breaking issues that are reported since orsinum still didn't get a n update. It just seems they copy/paste update from PC with few changes in the code. If the issue is not present on PC, the chances of it getting addressed are almost non existant (unless its a crown store issue).
