✭✭ESO does not have Customer Support, it has a second sales department.
Last time I had to contact CS I was told to purchase ESO+ again to fix the issue.

what the hell?
they said the codes are no longer valid after 7 days of trying to get ahold of them and now they have the cheek to ask her to pay for what i already bought for her?
theres no bloody experation date on the paper containing the code this is unacceptable
