Team members never lose lunar assignment (colors) after defeating Skinrai & Vashai, vMOL

Hi there,
Our team ran into a new [for us at least?] issue during one of our Vet Maw of Lorkhaj runs on Thursday night.
After defeating the twins a number of the team members failed to lose their lunar assignment (colors). This
issue persisted until one of our team members finally disconnected or zoned out (I cannot recall which), at
which point the assignments were finally removed.
This seemed to be a result of phase during which the twins were killed (I believe they both died during the
"prayer" phase just as the color assignment was to take place).
