so with hybrid I'm gonna need that 9trait craftable set which max（spelldamage,weapondamage)

but should i go stam or mag on my attribute?
mag means more balanced stat bar but highest damage stat won't be that high
stam means high damage stat but mag is low

if i go stam will the magicka enough to heal (at least to heal myself?)

There is a lot of details that go into making a hybrid, if you stack weapon damage you must wear medium armor, spell would be Light armor. What I found on my hybrid Templar was that it absolutely sucks for DPS because of having to mix resources. Sure it worked for solo quests, but it also took forever to kill anything. Since damage is also heavily dependent on max resources, simply raising weapon/spell damage wasn't enough to do much for damage in the long run. This is why they say the only good hybrids are TANKS, not DPS. Not sure which direction your going for your hybrid, but there is a lot to consider when doing it. I put away my hybrid because I didn't have the patience to spend all that time in battles when a dedicated character could blast through everything in mere seconds.

While there is not good hybrid build other than something to tool around solo on, Dunmer is probably your best choice due to max stat for magika and stamina. Imperials max health does not help either and the third passives only helps if your melee and using mostly melee skills.

Second choice would be Argonian since the potion passives gives a percentage of each max stat when a potion is used. For sustain this would be workable in the context of a hybrid.

+ 2 Bloodspawn/Troll King/Engine Guardian/Valkyn Skoria
+ Pelinals: 4 armour pieces + 1 Shield + 1 Two-handed (you can use Ice Staff if you want to use weapon damage pots, otherwise I suggest two-handed). You can go either Heavy or Medium, Heavy for tankiness, medium for maximum dps.
+ Hide of the Werewolf: 1 armour pieces + 3 jewelry + 1 One-handed.
Enchant all armour pieces with tri-stats, jewelry with weapon damage.

Option 1: If you want to go stam (try to get max stam to 28k-30k, max mag around 16k):
One-Handed and shield bar (enchant with weapon damage):
Channeled Focus - Reverberating Bash - Jabby Jabby Jabby )stam morph) - Ritual of Retribution - Repentance | Ult: Spell Wall (for tankiness) or Flawless Dawnbreakr for maximum jabby dps.

Two-Handed (enchant with disease/oblivion damage, or use poison)
Rally - Crit Rush/Stampede - Power of the Light/Reflective Light (Reflective Light if you use Skoria) - Executioner - Honor the Dead | Ult: Sweep! (or Dawnbreaker of Smithing if you use Spell Wall)

Use Rally + Honor of the Dead at the same time for awesome burst heal.

Option 2: If you want to go mag:
Channeled Focus - Shielded Assault - Jabby Jabby Jabby (mag morph) - Ritual of Retribution - Repentance | Ult: Spell Wall (for tankiness) or Flawless Dawnbreakr for maximum jabby dps.

Ice Staff (enchant with Frost damage):
Vigor - Blockade of Frost/Elemental Drain - Reflective Light - Jesus Beam - Honor the Dead. Ult: Destro Ult.
