This is the most infuriating thing I've ever had to do in this game. The targets seem to have a ridiculously long respawn time and if you're lucky enough to actually find one you're going to be sneaking alongside a dozen other sob's trying to vie for the kill.

Who the hell thought this crap would work in an mmo?

I don't wanna jinx myself - but, they only take a few minutes normally...I've taken a break from doing them cuz they're boring to me...

I really wish you could level up the DB skill line quicker by using the blade of woe...that's pretty much my preferred way of dealing with any obstacles in eso...

I'd like the chance to progress in the DB storyline a little easier; and, like I said - i'm pretty loyal to sithis with that thing...

Imagine doing it without a guide! It's much easier knowing their names and what they look like.

I don't get the long respawn complaint, though. They respawn instantly as soon as they die.

That can't be right, I've spent the last hour trying to find the riften target and he's nowhere to be found

The have HUGE(seriously I can't bold or scream this loud enough) walking patterns. If you don't see them in the area whatever guide told you they would be in, walk around the WHOLE CITY till you find them. One problem that did persist and I don't know if it was ever fixed was when they would use a door. They would respawn somewhere different than the other side of the door they used. I saw this many times going after the guy in Riften finally see him just in time for him to use a door into or out of a building and then poof my search starts over because he is not on the other side.

I've done it on two accounts . Some places you have to really search around .

Never had a problem with it, other than the one in Riften first time. They took forever to find, but eventually we realised they spawned in the FG.

I finished mine in a couple hours. If they dont spawn then just relog.

Try doing it during your late hours when most others are offline to sleep. Less people means more freedom for you.

The spawn is instant, just don't stay in one place and search for them around the city.

This was definitely among the most frustrating (if not the most frustrating) quests in ESO. After completing the quest, and receiving the polymorph and title for my main character, I decided then to never bother with it ever again on any alts. It's not worth it, in my opinion.

I really enjoyed doing that one.

Yeah, some of the targets need a little searching around... widely around. If you stay in one position,. waiting for them to "respawn", they almost certainly are already respawned, just walking on the other side of town. That's how it happened to me actually.

But that's all.

Cast a wider net, and you'll find them in due time, and then can go stabby for the glory of sithis!

My fastest completion was 3 hours lol . 25 minutes is incredible .

I actually like it. I think it is fun trying to figure out who the target is and then to try and kill it without anyone seeing.
