Flowers for our gardens?

I know you can shrubs, ferns, bushes, trees and other large plants from regular furnishers, but is there a place I can buy actual flowers? I have checked nearly every zone and can't seem to find any. Can it be bought or is it only crafted? (If so - which profession?)
Or is it clown store exclusive? Any help would be hugely appreciated.
