Over SIX MINUTES of loading screens when /reloadui

Reloading the UI is now giving me over six minutes if not infinite loading screens at all times.

Can someone look into whatever is causing this new loading screen hell?

This is only happening in instanced areas like Heists and instanced quest areas. Takes over six minutes or worse, getting trapped in the loading screen and having to restart game.

It's normal in city areas (only takes 30 seconds in city areas).

Just had the same bug in a heist. I didn't wait for 6 minutes though. If the loading takes longer than 30 seconds, I quit the game and restart it.
