Crafting Writs - Lower material-Writs than intended at low Champion

I am lvl 50 CP 58 and i have 6 in woodworking (birch wood) but i still get yew-wood-crafting writs (lvl 46-50, 5th material in woodworking).
I encounter the same problem in blacksmithing and clothing.
It has been like this for 3 days in a row now and it never worked (never got a writ for calcinium, birch-wood, Top grain hide or Famin)
