How do I set Exit hotkey?

I spent several decades looking through the options and I don't see this hotkey option listed nor do I see anything unbound. I use alt for discord and wanna stop having the shop close everytime I talk while looking through it and set it to a normal key for other menus.

wolfdoggie_ESO✭✭✭I also don't even understand why the Crown store has a different exit key although I'm thankful alt doesn't close my other menus. I'm not using any hotkey add-ons.
