Distant terrain renders as 100% blue when viewed at oblique angled on MacOS Sierra
Haven't played in a while so have no version to compare it to. Under every setting available, distant terrain is rendering as pure blue when the terrain is near-level with the eye. Particularly visible with hillsides, causing most terrain features to be covered in blue
