Looking for Nord Viking Leveling Build 'TRUE SON OF SKYRIM'

Taking a break from my main (and dying constantly) to become the *clears throat* True Son of Skyrim! ..ahem..mrm yes.. that I always wanted to be.

Already have a DK Nord but want to re-roll purely for Alliance. (current Nord is on the Covenant. only cuz i used to play with friends)

Looking for advice on a Offensive Tanky build advice.

Templar (Never played but so far seems awesome!)
Onehanded & Shield/2Handed
Heavy Armor
for PvE but maybe some dungeons and trials later on if i get the hang of being a Tank. But Something offensive that doesnt die easily would be nice. (Leroy Jenkins/Berserker/Run and Gun playstyle.

I want that true hack and slash feel but somewhat able to help people Im grinding a dungeon with.
What do you guys think?

whip/embers/engulfing/draw essence/chains banner
ward/igneous weapons/volitle armor/sea of flames/stone giant corrosive armor

@yodased what do you think about a Stamina Templar build.

never done a templar but looks like a Stamplar Tank would be cool.
