Possible? Major Sorcery Bug

So I've been testing rotation and new builds non stop since the patch came out and have noticed a weird bug with major sorcery.

In this first parse, we activated a spell power pot on cooldown (45s [with 3/3 medicinal use]).

Notice the very low major sorcery uptime. 46.9%

In the second parse, we waited until the buff expired (48s [with 3/3 medicinal use]) and then hit the pot again.

Notice that major sorcery uptime is 100%.

Maybe this is a UI error with combat metrics.I know that they changed buff tracking in this patch. I was hoping to see if the dev staff can look into this - maybe shed some light to see if Major Sorcery is working correctly.
