fps drop to 0 on combat start using robust target skeleton

until some patch in december I experienced such drops on Cyrodiil while pvp combat and here we go again this time combat dummy, this only happens when i start combat using robust dummy

fx 8350, 12 gb ram, gtx 1060,

I have this same issue with robust skeleton at my house.
Heavy fps drops when hitting it!

If you are using destinations try turning off icons on your map such as fishing pins and see how that helps.

I don't have a skeleton, but whenever I entered a dungeon or raid, the first combat lags like crazy.... And it really annoys me.

For me it was harvestmap.
