Housing Editor Crown Store Game Freeze

I purchased the blazing hearth from the Housing Editor Crown Store menu and as soon as it confirmed the purchase, the game froze. I was unable to leave the housing editor. Escape didn't work either. The only way I could exit the game was to X out of it (windowed mode).
I logged back into the game and I did have the item that I purchased. I don't know what caused the game to lock up like that.
