Race Changed Racial Trait Stone Didn't

There is a bug with the Race Change token. My character's original race was Imperial, I use the token to change to Bosmer. However, when I completed the Craft Certification quest, the NPC told me during dialogue that my racial stone was Bone (so the race change was recognized there), but when I tried to complete the crafting, it required Nickel, the Imperial trait stone. So there is a bug in that a race change is not changing the actual racial trait stone.
