Problem with werewolf transformation timer

Hi!
Ever since the release of the Homestead update, the werewolf timer no longer seems to work.
My character (Rothgar Stormborn on the EU PC Server) can change into werewolf form (the ultimate has been morphed into pack leader) and also extend the timer by feeding. But if the timer runs out, the character won't change back and will remain in werewolf form until I relog or I move to another area (with a loading screen).
The attacks seem to remain the werewolf attacks but are severely slowed down (like one light attack every three seconds instead of every second). In the upper right corner of the screen the text "The target is out of range" (or "Your target is out of range") appears over and over when trying to hit "r" again to manually change back.
Is there a way to fix this situation? (I posted this question in the players helping players board already, but no one answered with a possible solution.)
