BUG Learnt new Motif, but not updating in achievements

I just bought 2 motifs off a guild trader from the Silken Ring Style, BOOTS and HELMET. When the motifs arrived and I clicked on them to learn them, they disappeared from my inventory, but my achievement for the Silken Ring Style Master did not update accordingly. I've spent a lot of gold recently trying to learn all the new motifs, so would appreciate it if you could look into this, as i'm not happy spending gold and getting nothing for it and am worried this bug could happen again.
