Is there a list of sets that no longer crit on a proc?

Is it just monster sets or others like thunderbug and winterborn?

Item Set procs which deal damage or healing can no longer Critically Strike.
So all proc sets are affected.

Doesnt matter 2 piece or 5 piece set, all sets that have healing or dmg proc cant crit.
