Massive income damage increase and unexplained reduced damage output, unrelated to published nerfs

Whatever happened to group finder, it is broken now.

Fixing any of those would be great.

This has been noted in multiple posts on eso forums and reddit. This question is a follow up to known issues asking if they are going to fix them. Eso has been rather quiet on the issue other than asking for information.
