After 2 and half years paying the monthly fee (and uncounted ingame transactions because..let me admit this... i LOVE to buy those girlish stuff), i was answered 7 times by a response bot, and after 1 week the human (or whatever it's supposed to be) linked me 4 URLS about morrowind launch and patch note
