Serenity Falls (manor) Hangs Game Client

Previewing "Serenity Falls" (the Aldmeri "notable home"), inside the home on the second floor, as I am rounding the final corner into the "master bedroom" area, my game client hangs.

So far, this is repeatable (happened 3 times in a row).

NVidia driver version 376.54, dual-SLI.
