Castles always owned by the same guild ?

Playing on PS4/EU, Thornblade campain. Bleaker's Outpost is always owned by the same guild, "Turtle Wax". Even if the outpost is claimed by an other faction or campain is reset, it stays with "Turtle Wax". I'm sure noone in my group is in this guild. Is there some kind of bug ?
