Are new writs still converting to Deadly Strike if put in a guild store, or are you saying your Deadly Strike writs haven't been converted?

Because they only fixed the former issue, and specifically pointed out the fix for the latter would come at a later date.

They have said that it won't spawn new ones now but the fix to turn the current ones into a new and craftable set will come at another time (next week one can hope).

This isn't game breaking, you can play the game fine and do everything bar one quest/writ fine.

Well that is a false statement. To some people, playing the economy is the game. That is generally not the case for me, but on patch time, it certainly is. I worked really hard to make sure I had 9 toons leveled up to do master writs, research etc, and now I am sitting on about 350 vouchers worth of deadly strike. So no, I cant play this particular aspect of the game. The bug prevented me from selling them in the first instance, and it is now preventing me from doing them myself.

Considering this patch was based around homestead, this is 100% a gamebreaking bug.

Well it had alot to deal with the economy and people lost out on some good profit

In that case today's patch fixed your issue. Abandon the quest if you have it take one sacrifice and you'll never encounter the problem again, the game is fixed for you henceforth.

If you have the writs stored and they're not active then this is already the case and the game is fixed for you, you will just gain a bonus at a later date.

If your characters are levelled enough to get 350 vouchers worth in one week you can get the same again this week without any being bugged, so in theory you will get more no?

I did a writ today that i got off the guild trader that was the deadly strike set for 40 vouchers and i was able to turn it in. What exactly is the issue people are running into?

How were you able to craft a set that isn't craftable? Deadly Strike is not a craftable set, and that is where the problem is.
Mother Earth and Father Night gives me comfort, protection and shelter every step I take.
Brother Sun gives me the warmth I need, while Sister Moon lit my path so I don't get lost.
Auntie Life follows me on my journey until Uncle Death sing me the last lullaby.

This is game breaking also because you can't use a different master Writ Contract of the same category as the uncraftable one still active. And you won't delete the quest and miss the vouchers

Funny how all these bugs that prevents our progress in the crafting/furniture system keep being overlooked. The crown store surely doesn't have this kind of bugs.

Now what? Are we supposed to wait another week to craft the master writ?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't see that they fix the bug with treasures not droping decorations?

It absolutely did not fix my issue. I have 343 deadly strike vouchers in my inventory. I still cant do anything with them. I did not activate because I planned to sell (obviously I listed them in a trader). Had the bug not been in place, they would have sold for about 2 million gold last week. They are worth half that now, and probably half again in another week if/when they get fixed. So please dont tell me its not a problem or it fixed it.

I promise that if a bug, and yes I am calling it a game breaking bug, caused you to lose a million+ gold, I am guessing you would not say its okay or not a big deal.

As for getting that again in a week, maybe, maybe not as its RNG like everything else in this game. I got very lucky in the first few days, but also have had several days where I got next to nothing. But again, that is not the issue. They were only worth lots of gold in the first week. The writs I get in a week or 2 are meaningless to this discussion. I have 343 right now that i cant do a f'ing thing with.
