Do old crafter reward bags drop master writs?

I'm on PS4 so the patch hasn't dropped yet. I'm getting mixed results here but the general idea is that they don't. But I'd like a definitive answer before I use up the 100+ Max lvl reward bags I have saved.

✭After the patch, top tier reward boxes have a new ID. Only those have the chance of MWs. Old box IDs are 59xxx and new 121xxx .Only exception is CP50 food writs which still - after patch - give 59xxx boxes.On hiatus. Albino_Dunmer✭✭✭K that means they flagged their id tags differently and I see no reason why they wouldn't do the same on console. Now I can use up all 90+ bags I had saved up lol.0
