Heart of Evil (Bangkorai) quest issue...

This quest was previously given by Wyress Freyda AFTER you did the Imperial Incursions pre-requisite in the Alik'r Desert....
however, Freyda now gives "Dark Wings" quest - which I completed, but no longer gives Heart of Evil - without this, the skill point quest line is not possible (since The Parley follows on from it).
How do I now pick up this quest, and where from?

✭✭✭✭✭If you were using UESP for that prereq, that was my fault, sorry. I got Imperial Infiltration and Imperial Incursion confused when adding the prereqs. Heart of Evil requires Imperial Infiltration, which takes place in Evermore. Dark Wings exists specifically to take you to Evermore, so if you follow that one, you'll get a City in Black when you arrive in Evermore, and Imperial Infiltration comes after that.UESP: The Unofficial Elder Scrolls Pages - A collaborative source for all knowledge on the Elder Scrolls series since 1995

✭Yeah I used Dark Wings - and actually, it was my wife's fault on this one - she said we'd already done Imperial Infiltration and we hadn't... lol. All good
