That one is coming out tonight. I separated them by faction/achievement type etc because I didn't want one giant huge long video . Sorry about the delay.

I bought a furnished house. Is there any way to get rid of furniture I don't want to make more room for some of this cool stuff? I bought it thinking I could either sell or deconstruct what I don't want.

You can only deconstruct items that are crafted and all the furniture in decorated homes is bound. You can clear out the house by going into editor mode and at the top right is a retrieve tab where you can pick up all the items without having to find them all.
