Reclaiming Beta Pet on PS4

Apologies if this has been asked before (I searched, couldn't really find anything). Is it possible to reclaim your beta pet on console if you weren't around for the PC-to-console transfer window when ESO first became available for console users? I'm pretty much established on PS4 now and have no plans to ever return to my old PC account. I do miss my beta monkey pet, though.

Any way to get that little guy back? I've seen other people running around with him, but I assume they're PC transfers.

Yeah you're not the only one. I created a new account when I made my character on console so no pet for me :-\

Which is a shame because I still have my PC account so it would be easy to prove.

Heck, I still have my old beta stress test emails from three years ago... It really is a shame that linking your console account to your main ESO account doesn't immediately activate stuff like this.

I can sort of understand not being able to transfer characters or crown store purchases, but you'd think that account-based beta/loyalty rewards would be fairly easy to activate.
