lost city of na-totambu puzzle bugged once again

As title states, the puzzle is bugged and doesn´t work. Tried every combination possible and lights won´t go out.

Same here. Lights just will not go out. If puzzle is supposed to reset it certainly is not doing so. I will try to explain in a bit more detail though in case the devs LOOK at this.

The solution to the puzzle is quite simple but it does involve two people. One person stands on the tiles that match starting with the Scarab and the other stands on the matching tile. At this point the ray of light above the tile is supposed to disappear indicating that the tiles have been pressed correctly.

However, this is not the case now. The tiles are depressed but the lights do not disappear and therefore no progress can be made with this puzzle.

I was farming sets over the week end, came across numerous players trying in vain to solve this puzzle. I let them know what was up, bit sad though. It's hard enough for solo players to get to do this group event, now even pairs of players are at a lost. And unless someone clues them in, they end up wasting a lot of time on it.

Are you there with another player? A single player can not solve the puzzle.

Ah, still bugged? I managed to get it to work when the person I was with and I both simultaneously hit /reloadui. Maybe it's all part of the puzzle...

I have also tried every combination with a friend and can confirm it does not work. Watched a few videos to make sure we were doing it right but the lights never go out, not even during the first set with the Scarab.

The zone in the patch notes is wrong, but I can confirm. The puzzle is both fixed and soloable now.

As of 9.10am EST, February 24, this puzzle is once again bugged.

All 6 pillar lights are on by default. There is no way to make any of the lights go off.

Tried with one person. Tried with 2 people. All 6 lights remain on.

As I understand it, the puzzle was broken with the Homestead update, and the fix on PC side likely came after the final update was submitted to MS and Sony.

I'm pretty sure this is bugged because it requires multiple players so requires being tracked server side and ends up getting stuck in the "already completed" mode without allowing the next trigger to happen. The memory where this flag is listed is likely not clearing on a timer like it is supposed to.

It seems to be bugged again now... I cannot seem to trigger it on a new character, and I'm sure I did it on my previous character just a couple of weeks ago.

So, it must have been this latest patch that broke it again... for the umpteenth time.

EDIT: Nevermind... it seems that it somehow breaks and you cannot trigger it anymore at some point... but if you logout and relog again, it resets properly.

It sometimes works sometimes not, when last time I realised it's not working even while doing with other player, I went for some kills nearby, then returned and tried again, and puzzles worked, eve twice ina short time. So it's not completely bugged.
