Keybinds are resetting to default every time after restarting, loggin in/out Eso.

Every time after starting up/logging in the game I have to rebind several keys, about 16 keys in differend sections.
This happens after patch 13, and never happened before.
It's very, annoying.
I tried to load all keybinding to default, and rebind every key Im using.
Done this both with addons on and off, and with all addons deleted. No results. (all addons are up to date btw.)
Anybody else with the same problem? any solutions out there?
