So, it appears the requirements of a master writ can be changed when linked in chat through some addon or simply changing item id, I don't know but people were linking these in chat for giggles and I realized people could be getting scammed with fake writs if not careful.

Must be happening a lot as I just explained to my trade guild how you can use the script data format to create links in chat to things that don't exist.
Doesn't matter how they're doing it, though. Report them to the TOS team via in-game /help.
