How do you create a forum account?

I've had this ESO account that I'm using to access the forums since the game released. I don't remember how I created a forum account the first time because it was such a long time ago. However, at some point I created another account for a reason I can't remember...probably more character slots...maybe a friend/family member wanted to try out the game on my old account....or something along those lines. I don't remember, and it really doesn't matter why I have 2 accounts anyway...I just do. Anyway...I started playing more and more on my new account and at some point I stopped logging into my old account. I'd prefer to access the forums through my new account and not my old account that I never even use now. However, when I try to register my new account for the forums it says I need an invitation code. I looked through all my emails from when I purchased the game (new account) and cannot find any type of an invitation code. Is there another way to create a forum account?

My husband is having the same issue -- he can't sign into the forum because he lacks an invitation. We've both been around since beta, when I signed up for the forum, but he did not. Is the invitation requirement a relic from closed beta? Signing in with his regular game sign-in does not work here. How does he get a forum account?

If you lost or didn't receive your invitation, email support. They can remake you one.
