Incap not firing

Since homestead patch I have had great difficulty to make incap fire. Whether it be a HA cancel or by itself. Does the first part of the animation and the sound. But doesn't hit target or spend ulti. This can happen up to 3 times in a row.

✭✭I think it's a problem with all Ultimates. I've had more than a few cases since U13 where I go to drop a Banner or Destro Ult and it uses my ult but nothing happens. Same with Rend or Incap as well.1 -
