Game crash - crash report won't send

As the title. After yesterday's server maintenance, I have had a couple odd things (such as partial skill resets, one character totally bugged out) but the one most frequent today is inexplicable game crash. The game comes to a screeching halt, a notice pops up that ESO has crashed and would I like to submit the report --- except that the report is non-submitable, the button is greyed out and non-functional. After two or three times of the crash report window popping up, the game finishes its crash to desktop.
This did not happen prior to yesterday's maintenance.
