Survey Map Problems

I only collect the nodes of Survey Maps once a week, I collect about 20 of them a week. Yesterday when I started collecting them some of the sites simply did not appear when I went to them and I spent around an hour trying to work out if they'd been moved. Once I'd hit the other sites that did appear I decided to return and look again and there they were, precisely where they should have been. I don't know what the issue was but I did travel out of the cells and back and also used reloadui with no results. It seems clear to me that I had to exit the region to make the survey work properly.

Has anyone else had this issue?
